The brief

Working in partnership with GRIT Studios, Salford Shopping Centre, Salford 100, and local funders, we built a co-branded creative community trail starting at Salford Shopping Centre to connect artists, skaters, and families.

Move a Mile Salford showed how a shopping centre, local studio artists, and the skate community can transform a Sunday morning into a landmark civic celebration.

What we did

01 Developed the GRIT Studios × The Coping visual lockup and vibrant five-colour trail system.
02 Activated Salford Shopping Centre and surrounding streets with live murals, music, and 300+ creative workshop places.
03 Delivered free skate coaching for 150+ participants alongside open community conversations.
